Credit "Hunarhoi mardumi"

     The “Hunarhoi mardumi” loan program is a small group or individual loan secured by property and guarantees to individuals and legal entities, which allows the borrower to obtain a small loan as part of a joint or individual obligation in the field of folk crafts (pottery, tailoring, blacksmith, embroiderer, tailor, embroiderer, painter, etc)

3. Interest on microloans

The first rate is from 15% to 25% per annum in the national currency somoni per year.

4. The amount of micro debts within the Group of solidary obligations (to each member of the group) and individuals

c) Third and subsequent stages

— in national currency up to 20,000 somoni.

5. Loan amount to individuals

a) First stage:

b) the second stage.

— in national currency up to 180,000 somoni.

c) Third and subsequent stages

— in national currency up to 200,000 somoni.

9. Loan repayment and interest

Annuity (monthly, in equal percentages)

Monthly payment of interest with repayment of the principal debt as agreed with the borrower.

If a deferment is granted (no more than 3 months), the principal debt is written off according to the payment plan, and interest is calculated monthly from the balance of the principal debt.

10. In case of early repayment of the loan

The Borrower shall not be charged a penalty, the Borrower shall notify the Organization 5 working days in advance in writing or orally of the early repayment of the Loan.

11. Loan security

Credit amount:

— from 500 somoni to 5000 somoni;

Guarantee of an individual with income, with the provision of supporting documents. (except for those who own property jointly with the borrower)

 Credit amount:

 — from 5,000 somoni to 20,000 somoni;

Guarantee of two individuals with income by providing supporting documents. (except for those who own property jointly with the borrower)

 Credit amount:

— in national currency from 20,000 somoni to 200,000 somoni;

Movable or immovable property, working capital, equipment, vehicles, jewelry deposits, guarantees, etc.

Note; In the case of a good credit history or gaining the trust of the organization, in addition to the decision of the credit committee of the head, clients are provided with discounts on collateral and guarantors.

12. Deadline for consideration of the application

up to three working days after the registration of the loan application.

13. Requirements for group members and individual borrowers

The borrower must be a permanent resident of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The owner of a permanent source of income by submitting supporting documents.
The age of borrowers is from 18 to 60 years old at the time of loan repayment for men and the age of women is from 18 to 60 years old at the time of loan repayment;
In their use should be workshops, production equipment, points of sale of manufactured goods, small enterprises related to the same industry, special places for activities.
The composition of the joint responsibility group must be at least 3 people and not more than 12 people. Groups or those that exceed this requirement are divided into two groups.
Absence of debts or obligations to other credit institutions.
If a member or employee of any public organization in the same field has a certificate or other supporting documents confirming the borrower’s needlework (at the request of a loan officer)

14. Requirements for guarantors

Be citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and have permanent registration on the territory of the Republic.
The age of borrowers is from 18 to 60 years with the maximum loan repayment period for men and for women from 18 to 60 years with the maximum loan repayment period;
Have a permanent job or a permanent income, this income and their property is equal to the total amount of the loan, for which they are the guarantor.
Has no household in common with the borrower (parents, sons and daughters or spouse)
Does not have a debtor or guarantor in any credit institution.
Additional documents in exceptional cases and if necessary (at the request of a loan officer)

15. Documents required by the borrower:

Passport (copy of passport) and copy of TIN;
Certificate of residence and family composition; (for borrowers mortgaging their homes).
Income certificate Other documents confirming the income of the borrower’s family for the last 6 or 12 months;
Application – an application for a loan.
Certificate or any supporting documents specifically confirming the activities of the borrower in the field of needlework. documents confirming the ownership of the pledged property, the consent of family members who have reached the age of majority.
Consent of the spouse of the borrower (if he is married or has a mortgage).
If the borrower is a legal entity, it submits a balance sheet for the last financial period approved by the tax committee, its charter, business plan and constituent documents.
Certificate or patent of a person engaged in folk crafts
Certificate of residence (at the request of a loan officer);

16. Documents of the guarantor:

Copy of passport and copy of TIN;
Statement of income for the last 6 months, other documents confirming the solvency of the guarantor;
 

17. Optional:

The loan is granted based on the applicant’s annual income and other income in the amount of 60% of the applicant’s total income.
At the request of the borrower and the proposal of the loan officer, the borrower is granted a grace period.
When pledging gold jewelry or movable and immovable property, a loan is issued to the Borrower after registration of the pledged property in accordance with the requirements and norms of the organization and the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
    After a positive decision of the credit committee, a loan agreement, a property pledge agreement or a surety agreement is concluded, and a loan is issued to the borrower.
