Deposits «For Legal Entities»

To open a “On Demand” deposit for legal entities at LLC MDO “Azizi-Moliya”, the following mandatory documents must be provided:

1. Charter of the Organization
2. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
3. Extract from the Unified State Register
4. Certificate of State Registration of the Organization
5. Resolution or order on the appointment of the Head of the Organization
6. Resolution or order on the appointment of the Chief Accountant (if applicable)
7. Passport of the Head of the Organization
8. Passport of the Chief Accountant of the Organization
9. Certificate of registration of the Organization as a VAT payer

Depending on the nature of the Organization’s activities, the bank may request additional information and documents.
The specimen signatures and company seal card are completed directly at the bank with the participation of the Head and the Chief Accountant of the Organization.
The presence of the Organization’s seal is mandatory!

Deposits may be opened in national and foreign currencies (Russian Ruble, US Dollar, Euro, and Yuan).
The fee for opening one deposit in any currency is 30 somoni.
