Azizi-Invest LLC MDO was established in the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the founding agreement dated August 2006 as a limited liability company. In 2011, based on a decision of the Supervisory Board, the founder of the organization was changed. In order to comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the State Language” and the directives of the National Bank of Tajikistan, by decision of an extraordinary meeting of shareholders, the organization was renamed Azizi-Moliya LLC MDO.
The license to conduct banking activities was issued to Azizi-Moliya LLC MDO by the National Bank of Tajikistan on October 15, 2014.
Azizi-Moliya LLC MDO has been operating as a member of domestic credit organizations since 2011 and, within a short period of time, has developed into a reliable financial company. Today, it is one of the leading financial and technological companies due to the effective work of its specialists and sustainable development.
