Appeal from citizens

Citizens’ appeals are reviewed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the internal regulatory documents of the organization.

Citizens have the right to submit appeals, applications, complaints, and suggestions related to the activities of the organization, the quality of services provided, as well as other issues within the organization’s competence.

Procedure for Reviewing Appeals

All received appeals are subject to mandatory registration and are reviewed within the time limits established by law. A response on the substance of the appeal is provided to the applicant in written or electronic form.

If the issues raised in the appeal do not fall within the competence of the organization, the applicant is provided with an appropriate explanation or the appeal is forwarded to the authorized body.

Requirements for Appeals

It is recommended that an appeal include the following information:

  • the applicant’s full name;
  • contact details (address, phone number, or email);
  • the substance of the appeal.

Anonymous appeals are reviewed in accordance with the procedure established by applicable law.
